About
[ADVISOR NAME].
Independent Medicare advisor. Based in South Florida. In person for every client.
The story
[REPLACE: Two to three paragraph origin story. Where the advisor grew up or lives now, how they ended up in Medicare specifically, what they did before, what made them realize the industry was doing it wrong. This is where personality comes through. Aim for honesty over polish.]
[REPLACE: A specific moment or client experience that crystallized the advisor's approach. Real anecdote, anonymized if needed. The kind of thing that makes a reader think "this person actually cares." Aim for one specific story rather than abstract values.]
[REPLACE: What drew them to South Florida specifically. What they understand about this market — the snowbird dynamics, the demographic mix, the dozens of Advantage plans, the carrier landscape — that someone working out of a national call center cannot.]
How we work
The way we believe Medicare should be sold.
Independent, not captive.
We represent multiple carriers. We are not the agent for any one insurance company. The recommendation is based on which plan fits the client, not which plan we happen to sell.
In person, not phone-only.
The decision deserves more than a thirty-minute recorded sales call. We meet at the client's home, at a coffee shop, or at our office — wherever is comfortable — and we take the time the conversation actually needs.
Honest about the trade-offs.
There is no single right Medicare plan for everyone. We tell clients which plan we think fits them best, and we tell them why. We tell them what the trade-offs are, including the ones the marketing avoids. We will tell them when they should not work with us.
A relationship, not a transaction.
The Medicare decision is not finished when the application is signed. Plans change. Networks shift. Lives change. We stay in contact for as long as our clients have their plan, and we do annual reviews each fall to make sure the plan still fits.

Carriers represented
[REPLACE: List the 5–8 Medicare Supplement and Advantage carriers the advisor is contracted with. Examples: Aetna, Cigna, Mutual of Omaha, UnitedHealthcare, Humana, Anthem, Wellcare. Be honest — list the actual carriers, not all of them.]
Designations and continuing education
[REPLACE if applicable: CSMS, CMSP, RICP, or other Medicare-specific or retirement-planning designations. Annual carrier certifications. Continuing education completed. If none, omit this row.]
Licenses can be verified through the Florida Department of Financial Services and the National Insurance Producer Registry. We are accountable to state and federal regulators, and to our clients first.
Honest about limits
What we do not do.
We are not financial planners. We do not manage investments, build retirement income strategies, or give tax advice. When clients need that kind of help, we point them toward people who do it well.
We do not represent every Medicare plan available in South Florida. No advisor does. We will tell you which carriers we work with and which we do not, and you can use Medicare.gov or your local State Health Insurance Assistance Program to research plans we do not offer.
We do not work over the phone for clients we have never met. The first 15-minute call is fine remote, but the actual Medicare consultation happens in person. If you need an agent who will handle the entire enrollment over a single phone call, we are not the right fit, and that is fine.
We do not pressure decisions. If you need time to think, take time. If you decide to work with someone else, that is your right. The plan you choose is yours to live with for years.
Next step
Sit down with us.
A 15-minute call to start. If a longer in-person conversation makes sense, we book it. If it does not, we will tell you that and point you somewhere helpful.
